Dyane's vision for this mural was inspired by the floral arrangement in this foyer.		This massive 2-story foyer shelf over the formal door was transformed into a Tuscany inspired setting.  Plants and urns were later added to complete and enhance the space.
This window seat area was nothing more than a wall of curtains covering the outstanding arch framed bay of windows.  The designer had the craftsman build this window seat that also serves as a storage area.  She then added the cushions and pillows that compliment the bedding that was custom made in the designers workroom.		This asymmetrical window treatment was created by the designer because of the proximity to the fireplace.  Balance was critical to the design. The area rug was detailed and designed by Dyane then the specs were sent to the artisans that actually make these very special rugs.
This master bedroom was a big white box. Using wall covering and long flowing silk drapery panels, passiametrie trim, adding architectural detailing and  accents to the ceiling pulled together a very romantic room.  The client's own antique chaise lounge set the mood for the other furniture that the designer chose.		The columns in this contemporary setting where designed by Dyane and custom built by an architectural woodworker, then faux finished to compliment the furniture.

This elegant foyer dubbed "Petite Versaille" was the vision of Dyane for her client who is French and recently returned from "over the pond" having taught at Leeds University in England.  The collaborations of Dyane, the muralist, tradesmen and client resulted in the transition from plain stark white walls and ceiling to the magnificent enchanted foyer of architectural molding, paintings, draperies and furnishings.
